North Branch Zoning Ordinance Update
The City of North Branch Planning Commission has been
working on updating the Zoning Ordinance for about the past
year. They have now completed the task and have scheduled a
public hearing for Monday, June 21, 2010 at 7:00
pm at City Hall, 6408 Elm Street. Some changes to the
Ordinance involve setbacks to wetlands, the elimination of
the 2.5 acre lots, the Planned Unit Development District and
temporary signs just to name a few. Copies of the proposed
changes are available, they are also available in a pdf
format at City Hall and any questions regarding the proposed
changes can be directed to Al Cottingham, EDA/Planning
Director at 651-277-5227.

Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. on the
third Monday of the month at the City Hall.

the Planning Commissioners are:
